Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his power. Ephesians 6:10

When is the last time you have felt really strong? Maybe lifting-up a box? Maybe dealing with a tough situation?
In our scripture today we are reminded that God wants us to feel strong.
Our strength though comes not through human tactics but through Christ.
God is willing and available to give us all the strength we need if we only ask.
Today take a moment to ask God for strength in a certain situation.
